What is Pick 4?
Pick 4 is a Wisconsin Lottery games which takes place twice a day and sees four winning numbers between 0 and 9 selected in every draw. You can choose between a couple of play types and even decide on your wager amount. Visit the

When do draws take place?
The Midday drawing is held at 1:30 PM CT, followed by the Evening drawing at 9:00 PM CT.
What time do ticket sales close?
Ticket sales close just before the numbers are drawn, at 1:29:59 PM CT and 8:59 PM CT.
What are the different ways you can play?
You can play a Straight or a Box, depending on whether you want to try to match the numbers exactly or in any order. If you play a Box, you can play a 4-Way, 6-Way, 12-Way or 24-Way. Go to the

How much does it cost to play?
You can decide whether to pay $0.50 or $1 per play.
How much can I win?
The prize you can win depends on your play type and wager amount. The largest available payout is $5,000 for a $1 Straight play. View the

What are the odds of winning?
If you play a Straight, the odds of matching four numbers in order are 1 in 10,000. The odds are better for a Box, ranging from 1 in 417 to 1 in 2,500.
Can I play multiple drawings in a row?
You can play for up to seven consecutive days, or 14 straight draws if you enter both Midday and Evening games.
What is the minimum age to play?
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a lottery ticket in Wisconsin.
How do I claim a prize if I win?
You can claim Pick 4 prizes of any value by mailing your winning tickets to the following address – Prizes, PO Box 777, Madison, WI 53774. Winnings of up to $599 can be claimed from retailers, while larger amounts can be claimed from the lottery offices in Madison or Milwaukee.
What is the deadline on claiming prizes?
You have 180 days from the draw date to claim any prizes you win in Pick 4.
Will my prize be taxed?
State tax is withheld on prizes of $2,000 or more, at a rate of 7.65 percent. Federal taxes are only withheld on prizes of more than $5,000, which is as much as you can win on Pick 4.
