The Wisconsin Lottery Division Administrator sets a limit for how much can be paid out in a single draw (currently it is $3 million). If the number of wagers placed on a particular four-digit combination and bet type reaches this limit, ticket sales for that specific number will be suspended.
Win a Pick 4 prize and you must claim it within 180 days of the draw date. If you miss the deadline, your ticket is no longer valid and the money will be credited to the Wisconsin Lottery property tax relief fund.
Pick 4 prizes of any value can be claimed by mail. The address to send tickets to is shown below.
Prizes of up to $599 can also be claimed from retailers, although due to security reasons many do not keep enough cash on site to pay out hundreds of dollars.
If the prize is worth $600 or more, you'll need to provide your Social Security number, Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or completed IRS Form W-8BEN, along with a claim form and valid ID such as a driver's license, state identification card or passport.
If you would prefer not to claim by mail, you can visit one of the following lottery offices to redeem a prize of $600 or more.
